👉🏼 The sauna heats up to the desired wellness temperature in approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

The display will turn off automatically after a while, so you don't have to do anything.
A sauna session is a cycle of warming up, cooling down, and resting, which serves to relax the body, eliminate waste products, and stimulate blood circulation. Preparation: Shower and dry yourself thoroughly. Sauna visit: Spend a maximum of 15-20 minutes in the sauna, preferably lying down or sitting on your towel. Cooling down: After the sauna session, cool down with a lukewarm to cold shower, starting at your feet and working your way up. Rest: Rest for 20 minutes in between to cool down and allow your body to recover. Repeat this process 2-3 times for optimal effect. Please do not use the sauna just once. That is a waste of energy and also pointless.
Using the sauna within 2 hours before bedtime will not improve your sleep.
Preparation
Shower: Take a shower in your cabin or outside beforehand so that your skin is thoroughly cleansed. This also gives your pores time to open up and prepares your skin for sweating. Dry yourself thoroughly afterwards, as dry skin sweats more easily. Enter the cabin wearing swimwear and leave your slippers and towel/bathrobe outside on the hook.
In the sauna
1. Towel: use the special provided hammam towel to lie or sit on in the cabin.
2. Position: Lie down, as this ensures an even temperature throughout your body. If you sit, make sure your feet are also on the bench.
- 3. Duration: Stay in the sauna for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes; use the hourglass as a guide. Listen carefully to your body and leave the cabin if you feel uncomfortable.

After the Sauna (Cooling Down and Resting)
- 1. Cold Shower: Cool yourself down with a cold shower. Start at your feet, work your way up to your legs, arms, and then your torso.
- 2. Rest: Rest for at least 20 minutes after each sauna session. This gives your body a chance to cool down and recover.
- 3. Drink: Drink plenty of water or unsweetened herbal tea to compensate for fluid loss. Also a few hours after the sauna session.
- 4. Repeat: Repeat the cycle of warming up, cooling down, and resting 2 to 3 times for best results.
Enjoy this sauna, we hope it will allow us to offer you even more luxury
